Great product for accessories

Great product. Easy connection. Excellent price. It can be horizontal or vertical. The manufacturer contacted me to make sure I could connect (which I could) and I thought it deserved some attention - great customer service. Would buy again.

The tripod breaks quickly!

I am updating my original review. After using the tripod several times, one of the sections cannot be fixed. The tension switch no longer holds the stick. If the tripod is held upside down, the rod, which can no longer be fixed, falls out. Also, the ratchet wheel used to secure the phone holder is loose and slipping out of the holder. No longer satisfied with this product.

The spring breaks

Update: The inner spring holding the phone broke and it became unusable. I didn't think it was that cheap even if you pay $40 for it. I wouldn't recommend it as I'm not an active user. The product is quite durable and easy to use. It includes removable parts that I initially thought were painful, but it works. I recommend. But the tote bag I received was torn on the side so I would send it back.

The best tripod I've ever used!

I love this stand! It was very easy to assemble and it is not flimsy. board available. There is no delay when you press the button. The pouch that comes with it comes in very handy, so you don't have to carry a selfie stick with you. I was surprised by the height of the tripod. All in all, this is probably the best photography investment I've ever made. I used it for group photos and selfies my whole vacation. I will never travel without again!

Pretty but not durable

The spring of the phone holder has jumped out and got lost, see photo. After that it was useless. We went to Yellowstone National Park and were disappointed that we couldn't take more photos with this selfie stick. Used no more than 5 times. It was good while it lasted, unfortunately it didn't last very long. Hoping the seller will get it right and send a replacement part because I don't think we can buy it on our own and I don't have a return window. Wouldn't buy again based on this…

Best Revain QUALITY & CUSTOMER SERVICE

I've spent a lot of time deciding which selfie stick/tripod to buy for Revain and I'm SO happy I chose Andobil . My package was lost so I had to cancel (Revain delivery issue not the seller). Christy's sales reps actually contacted me and offered a replacement which I received the next day. I have never experienced such high levels of customer service from a salesperson at Revain before her. She also told me that if there were any issues or missing parts, they would fix it quickly.
