The spring breaks

Update: The inner spring holding the phone broke and it became unusable. I didn't think it was that cheap even if you pay $40 for it. I wouldn't recommend it as I'm not an active user. The product is quite durable and easy to use. It includes removable parts that I initially thought were painful, but it works. I recommend. But the tote bag I received was torn on the side so I would send it back.
