I've spent a lot of time deciding which selfie stick/tripod to buy for Revain and I'm SO happy I chose Andobil . My package was lost so I had to cancel (Revain delivery issue not the seller). Christy's sales reps actually contacted me and offered a replacement which I received the next day. I have never experienced such high levels of customer service from a salesperson at Revain before her. She also told me that if there were any issues or missing parts, they would fix it quickly. The product itself is very durable and I can't wait to use it on vacation! It also folds easily into a bag so it can be carried around and also easily stored away. It slides out smoothly and I can't comment on the remote as I haven't used it yet, but I'm sure it works just as well as this tripod. If you are torn between cheaper tripods and this one, go for this one as it is a worthwhile investment along with customer service and warranty. Thank you again Christy, you have completely changed my frustrating experience which was Revain's fault 😊
