I have tried many muay thai shorts from different brands and styles and these are by far the most comfortable. The waistband is not as tight as many other shorts and can sit comfortably at or below the waist if desired. High side slits mean you need leggings or cycling shorts underneath, but that's great for mobility. In general, these shorts do not restrict movement and are comfortable for training. For reference, I'm 5 6 and 143 pounds and wear a medium.
