Review on 🌙 Basuppit Cat Harness and Leash Set - Nylon Adjustable Glow-in-the-Dark Gold Moons and Stars Design for Kittens, Small Animals - Escape Proof by Ashley Carpenter

I first received this harness for my 5 lb, 5 month old kitten. It took her a few weeks to get used to it at home. I ended up taking her to a large park (with a large lake and a jogging track) to examine her. She enjoyed spending time outside and everything was going great for an hour until we decided to leave. As soon as we got to the entrance (where more runners enter/exit the park) my kitty got scared and tried to run away. She tugged on the leash, which actually caused the harness (not the leash) to detach from her neck, allowing her to escape the rest of the harness, and she ran away. Luckily she decided to hide under the bench and I managed to get her out and put her harness back on. We then decided to put her in a stretcher rather than complete the walk. I was afraid that I would lose her because she didn't have a microchip yet, or that she would run into a lake or in front of a car. As strong as this suspension seems, I wouldn't recommend it. I'll get her something much safer so she won't run away with a slight jerk. I'm only giving this pendant 2 stars because of its looks and how comfortable it is and how durable it feels, but it comes off too easily. If you have a cat that is already trained and you know they won't get scared then I might recommend this, but otherwise definitely not.
