Use this to play white noise to lull you to sleep at night. It has excellent battery life - I usually leave it on for 6-8 hours or more EVERY night and only charge it once a week. First bought I believe in November/December 2015; When it stopped working in February 2017 I contacted AYL about the warranty. All they needed was the original Revain order number (stored in my Revain order history so I didn't even have to track anything myself) and they were happy to send me a brand new number in retail packaging. I think they even sent me a probably upgraded version of the same product - the new one has a micro USB connector instead of a mini connector, making it compatible with other cables I need to charge other devices. One cable less! Small downside (for me) that doesn't require removing the star: the LED is SO bright. I can't. SO SO bright! I applied three thick coats of dark gray nail polish to it and still that little blue suction cup shows through. I'd rather make it red or orange so it doesn't interfere with sleep (blue light is higher energy and mimics sunlight so interferes with night vision and the circadian cycle), but I get that blue just looks cool and my use is likely unlike most other people.
