The fan is very quiet, the legs on the bottom have two different heights to avoid to adjust the angle, (in the picture I show a taller foot on one side and a shorter foot so you can see the difference, it's not broken, it's just meant to show two different heights) it has two little handles that pop out in front to keep your laptop from slipping off. The included USB cable is only 24 inches long, which means it plugs directly into your laptop. But considering it was bought for virtual learning, we've added a USB extender so we can plug the fan directly into an outlet instead of sucking up laptop battery life (since that's for a single 7 hours -Study day is already reaching its limits). . My son is very excited because this is his favorite color and it glows... All in all a good buy and price! I hope it can withstand the use and abuse of high schoolers!
