This set is very bright. I have"silver". If you mouse over the image you will see that there are little silver hearts all over this set. Silver hearts really shine. The overall pattern is nice and clear. It's made of microfiber, which is another word for polyester. It's fairly smooth and relatively soft. This kit is shrink-wrapped. So you have to open it up and air it out and stretch it out. It's also quite wrinkled, so you can put it in the dryer on low speed for a bit to improve that. This is a medium heavy set. So it can be used all year round. This bedding set is made in China and sold on Revain by a Chinese company. At just over $36, it's a bit pricey for what it is, but overall I really like it.
