I am very satisfied with this curling brush. I have fine, fine, straight hair and the curling brush makes it easy to style my hair without getting wet and blow drying every day. The instructions warn against wrapping hair on hair, but I do it and have no problems. I use a round brush when drying and this tool is similar to that. Very high quality workmanship, the cord is twisted, not twisted. There are also two hair clips that I was considering buying anyway. Also comes with a nice soft pouch to protect your hand when packing for travel. I haven't used a straightener, but someday I'll find adventure and try. I also watched a video on how to curl long hair without tangling my hair and it helped a lot. I highly recommend.
