Ok I read the reviews before I got this but still decided to buy it because 1. I love rose gold 🤩color&2. I wanted my AirPods Pro to be protected from dust and dirt etc. 🤔🤔 as I try to clean and wipe off dust and dirt particles from the case every day. 😷😷The lower part was actually quite easy to place. To be honest it was done in seconds. However, the upper part took a few minutes. Because of the magnet, it was constantly being pulled down and wasn't even properly aligned. At first I thought it worked perfectly for me, but when I put the headphones in and tried to close the top, I felt it snag the headphones a bit and slightly scratch the edges of the headphones. If left uncorrected, my headphones will soon be slightly scratched or scratched. So I had to remove it. (This was just the top of the dust cover) I took my time to carefully remove it. I reattached the guide sticker and slowly peeled it off my case and it didn't tear. Then I tried to rebuild it better. It no longer easily snags on the earbuds, so that's been improved, but it's raised slightly in one spot. 🤨🤯Like a soap bubble. But I'm afraid that if I try to pull it off again it will either break or I won't be able to line it up better. It doesn't really cost money. It is VERY flimsy, thin and looks like it will break if you accidentally drop the case. I think they should have made the metal a little thicker - stronger than it is. Or use a different material. Maybe thin gel, gel would be the best material to use. Because if you don't line it up perfectly, you don't have to worry about your earbuds getting scratched or damaged. Some positives are that the rose gold color is gorgeous. When you open your case it's really cute. But it doesn't look luxurious, it's just beautiful. They could add more design or something. Honestly, it could have been made out of a stronger metal. There is such a thing as thin steel. I just think it would be a lot better if they went with the gel option. Honestly it should have cost $1. & no longer. I'm sure they did it for just pennies. Probably less than $0.25, THAT'S how weak it is. 🤬😤🤬😶Really not worth the money and if you have to pay shipping it's just mugging. TG I have Prime. So it was free shipping. I think if I had to pay shipping on top of that at a ridiculous price I would cry and they would scold and ask for my money back. 🤬😡🤬 Also, there's no reason why the application process has to be so complicated, it could be easier! Anyway, maybe they should have split each watch in two, maybe it would have been easier to apply that way. I'm so mad that he's actually so weak. Lol 🤐🤫 Just realized the only plus I listed was that it was another plus - the floor protector was the easiest to put on. That's all. Basically it was the cons. So be careful lol. If you decide to buy this, take the time to use both defenses. The guide sticker is not very sticky, as is the dust cover itself. Another thing, they need to add some more glue. 🥺 I'm guessing it won't last more than a week or two, but I'll keep you posted on the shelf life of the product. 💗💗UPDATE —>> It's been a few months since I received the dust cover. And I'm still surprised that it outperformed Lolol for a few weeks. But I'm not rough with it, I'm careful with my technique. I've only dropped my phone twice in the last year. i love my technique I've been using my AirPods a lot more over the past few months due to COVID (I'm in NYC, hope everyone is safe. Best of luck to everyone reading this), so I've made good use of the dust cover. I keep opening and closing my AirPod case. The rose gold shimmer is still as bright as the first day I opened it. The top dust cover still has that pesky little bubble because I adjusted it. But I don't usually look at it, so I don't feel like fixing it again because I might end up making it worse or break it. So, after careful use, I can add a few more pluses. This is for a long time. The color is still a beautiful bright rose gold. It actually protects my AirPods from dust and small crumbs or whatever. Again, I still think the price should be lower. Too much for that. But otherwise. Everything is fine. 2. UPDATE ---> The luminosity of the rose gold color has decreased a bit. It's almost patina like it's copper. Which would make sense. Like I said, it was most likely made very cheaply and I doubt they used real rose gold. Many people substitute rose gold for copper. So it's not surprising that they chose this path. A lot of people like the aging copper/patina that develops after a while. But I'd rather it stays really bright rose gold. But it's good that it took several months. It didn't happen right away. In fact, I only noticed it a few weeks ago. I still have a little regret that I bought it, it's still not worth the price. How ever. You can just clean and mop, I still have to do it, even with guards. This will be the last update.
