Like most things that stay in your pocket for a long time, they take a lot of wear and tear. After using this card holder for almost 1 year, there was some wear and tear on the sides and I'm very surprised it's not worse! I used this regularly for my debit card, credit card and license for about 5 months until I switched back to using a wallet due to some cash slipping out of my pocket. Now I use it to hold some important cards and keep it in my desk drawer. The purse has come a long way and is still in decent condition. A very good purchase for those who adhere to minimalism and don't like carrying a huge wallet with them everywhere. I even thought it was listed as a business card holder and I'm sure it does an even better job.
