I love the concept of draining brewed tea and I've read that Hario makes good products so I was glad to get this one. Problem: The top brew pot leaks a lot during brewing, causing a large puddle to form around the bottom pot when brewing. In addition, the trigger is set rather loosely. I contacted Hario customer service today for advice on how to fix the leak. If I don't get an answer soon or can't fix the leak I will be returning this purchase to Revain. Update: I think I've solved the leak problem. When you pull out the small round strainer, you will see a metal ball covering the drain hole. A small lever presses on this ball to pour the tea into the pot. My problem was that the entire rubber case that encloses the metal ball needs to be seated properly in the upper glass chamber or it will leak. It was leaking from the side and not around the center hole of the ball joint. I pulled out the entire rubber chamber, cleaned it and put it back in the jar. The leak appears to have stopped. UPDATE 2: Okay, after a awkward start I've sorted this thing out now. It doesn't leak. Now I know how to disassemble, clean and reassemble it. Works perfectly!
