Review on KidKraft Espresso Wooden Step 'N Store Stool with Handles and Hidden Storage - Ideal Gift for Ages 3-8 by Angelia Marler

During assembly (which was very easy) I noticed that the vertical piece in the center of the stool (behind the bottom step) was about a full inch shorter. The screws on either side were not long enough to attach the stool properly. I had to screw one side all the way in and then buy another screw from my local hardware store that had to go through an inch gap to get it right. Otherwise a well made, well constructed stool. I did not contact the company as my repairs made the stool solid and the part is hidden in the center of the stool so it is not visible when fully assembled.
