For only $16 you get the full 1080p output at 60fps. Setup is pretty easy and they give you detailed instructions on how to do it in OBS. Just note that 1) the saturation is a bit high in some cases (but you can still just turn it down in OBS) and 2) there's no HDMI output so you'll have to buy a splitter if you don't have one while recording want playback delay (which is actually not that expensive). Overall, I recommend it simply because it's so affordable. Treat it with care and you'll have a good capture card.
