Failed to load media. It's a fairly basic label printer and there's nothing particularly flashy about it. It comes with a small pack of 4 x 6 inch labels so you can start using the device right away. A slightly larger selection of label sizes would be nice, but that's just my personal preference. The paper feed is reliable and so far I have not experienced a paper jam. The printer hardware is easy and simple to set up and the instructions are clear. The software is provided on a USB stick and the installation process on a PC (I don't have a Mac) is also relatively easy. A minor downside for me was the need for two USB ports. My laptop only has one USB 2 port (and two USB-C) so I had to use an adapter to connect my label printer and install a flash drive. It was a minor issue and was easily fixed. Overall, this label printer works as advertised and is particularly useful when you need to print large quantities of 4x6 labels. However, the device is a bit pricey and if you only need to print a few labels every now and then, getting a regular desktop printer is a good idea.
