Poor packaging design. The pump gets stuck all the time and delivers very little product. The cap comes off easily, my 2 year old takes it off with no problem. The straw-like part in the bottle is also very easy to remove, he could just pull it off and throw it down the drain through one of the holes, which isn't much fun. I ended up pouring the product into an old bottle that I haven't thrown away yet. Not sure if the formula has changed too? Now he cries hysterically when soap gets in his eyes. We've been using this product since he was born, we've never had a problem with his crying. Its lower price is not worth all these hassles. I change brands
