Update: I had a problem with my first order but customer service contacted me and sent me a new set. I am very happy with the new set which arrived in perfect condition - all 4 frames fit together. Thank you for supporting your product! First Rating: It was a huge flop. A frame came with broken glass. It had to be sent this way by the manufacturer as the frames had full glass on both sides. As if that wasn't enough, three frames are identical while the fourth is a completely different frame. I bought them as a set to frame 4 photos in a group - it is very important that they are all the same. It was supposed to be a New Year's gift, but it turned out to be a complete failure.
