I've wanted a bike trainer for a long time and finally decided on this one after looking for one that would fit my bikes. So far the general thoughts are good. It has enough drag to reproduce a slight incline while riding. The construction is very solid and doesn't let the bike sag or feel like it's about to fall over. Once you're on it, it's stable and doesn't look like you're about to tip over. It fits my 24"-29" bikes with no problem. The bad thing is that there isn't really a star, but I wish their manufacturers would make or include an adapter for a 20" BMX bike. I would love to be able to put my son on his BMX and practice sprints at home. I need to check if this brand has an adapter. Time and pedals are finally displayed. Folds easily for storage.
