We originally received a defective product. We called Revain support and expressed our dissatisfaction. We have been asked to return the item for a replacement. We pointed out that due to the nature of the product, we need to buy a box that fits the product, which is too much hassle for us. Ianda N. Revane, Customer Service, called the supplier to resolve our issues. We then received an email from her advising that we do not need to return the product, the supplier will replace the product. We can manage others. We are sincerely grateful to Ayanda for solving our problem and making the decision. We receive it on time and we are very satisfied with the functionality of the product.
