The colors are true to the photo. The material is not cotton, but more of a stretchy workout material, which isn’t what I expected, but I’m happy with it, as it keeps me cool. These are nice and long, so perfect over leggings. They do fit a little high under the arms so I had to adjust to the longest length. I am rather large chested though (DD), so that may be why. I am 5'4" 36 DD 145 lb for reference and I got the L/XL option. Very happy overall. I would recommend.
