I've had a smaller blender bottle for several years. I liked it, but there are things that bother me when using it. The flat bottom meant some of my powders didn't always get used as they got stuck and never came out unless I added liquid first, but that's not how I want to use them all the time. It was too small for the cocktails I wanted to make. When I shook it to mix powder with liquid, it often ran out of the threads on the lid. And finally, my powders often got stuck in the lid of the potion. I decided to remove it and get a bigger one so I found that. The negative reviews made me think I was wasting my money but I really wanted a bigger size so I risked $14 and am so happy that i did it This thing is BIG. And what I didn't know was that everything I didn't like about my old blender bottle was fixed in this new one. The bottom is rounded so that more powder sticks! The lid of the drinking hole is convex, so no more powder gets caught! The blender ball is heavier and does a great job holding all the powders I add to my drinks. I have to shake it a lot to get it smooth, but with this one I really CAN smooth it. I love this blender bottle and am very careful with my stuff so I doubt I'll drop it (of course now as I type this I expect to drop it before the end of the day, smsh), but although I think it seems very durable and I doubt it will break to the point where it's unusable. It may chip off a piece of the lower lip, but will most likely still work for my purposes. Great bottle!
