Good tablet for newcomers

The Veikk S640 is a good tablet for newcomers to digital artists who want to try the medium but don't want to invest a lot of money right away. and pressure sensitivity, and it's small enough to easily store, use on your lap, or add to almost any computer setup. It's a good drawing tablet for small, simple projects, so it can also be a good tablet for quickly sketching ideas on the go when paired with a laptop. However, for most professional work or serious projects it feels small and limited, and I also don't like that the cable is built right into the tablet so it can't be replaced. I also didn't like that it uses the old Micro-USB standard and doesn't work with my USB 2.0 or 3.0 hubs, requiring me to unplug a lot of other devices from my computer to use this tablet. Although overall I think for the price this is a great tablet for beginners and we would recommend it to young adults who are aspiring digital artists or parents of children over 12 looking to get into digital art.
