Review on Portable Neck Fan Rechargeable Adjustment by Chris Smotherman

This purchase was a gift unfortunately I had to send it back immediately and buy another one as it was a previously purchased re-glued box. Also the shipping was a bit slow but after I canceled the company email they made every effort to fix everything. Got another one a day later. I opened the packaging and tried the device before shipping. 3rd speed worked fine, 3rd was loud from what I've read but I think if I was hot enough to need it I'd be out and then other noise would help block some of the noise. The only complaint from me and the recipient was that it's too far from your face/head sitting on your shoulders. I suggested putting a folded/rolled damp cool towel over her shoulders and then placing it on top of the towel. No reply received. She was very happy about it!
