Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice as a fitness instructor, I can safely say these shoes are not worth the investment. The sole is not supportive enough for high-intensity workouts and the fit does not provide enough stability. The one positive is the stylish design, but that's not enough to make up for the overall shortcomings. Stick to established athletic brands for reliable performance.
