Not impressed! Doesn't work properly!

I am not impressed and don't understand all the positive reviews for this product. I buy a second one and both are defective, brand new out of the box. work in two specific modes; a single jet of water from the center or shower. Both units I received do NOT! In single jet mode, the water comes out of the shower and the center jet is wrong! Water should only come out of the center, one jet, not both. In shower mode, the central flow is turned off, as expected. Watch my video to see what I mean. It may be cheap, but it seems cheap for some reason. receive. This will be the third one I've gotten and no wonder it had the same problem as the first two I got. I decided to give it a try and find out why their atomizers weren't working properly. It turns out that the spring is too weak in its part to give the internal valve enough force to just divert water to the central flow. This is a fundamental design flaw that they need to fix. I've attached a picture of the original Moen atomizer that came with a faucet on the left and a KES atomizer on the right. As you can clearly see the internal springs are quite different. The spring in the original part is heavier and provides more force than the weak/weak spring in the KES part on the right. This is a simple fix - KES needs to use a heavier spring for the atomizer to work properly. An internal spring is required to return the valve in the spray head to single flow mode.
