Disappointment Best in Replacement Parts

Package delivered well, item fits. This was with three top o-rings but no gasket for the bottom hole. Gaskets are necessary parts. During the car lift I had to shop around for a $3 floor pad at the local store. What a joke and disappointment. People who buy from AMAZON should know better and point out what, if not, what.

EPA Compliant - For use in OBDII vehicles 1996 and up. Illegal for sale or use in California and Colorado. Legal in New York and Mexico only for vehicles equipped with EPA federal emissions. Please refer to your state's aftermarket regulations for details.
