Whatever you say about the Atkins diet (I get good results) and some of the Atkins food products (meals and bars) are kinda questionable) we have found over the years that these shakes are the best nutritional shakes for us. Super low carb and high protein. Good mix of vitamins and minerals. We prefer dark royale chocolate, but milk chocolate is a good substitute. (For what it's worth, Vanilla with a Jack Daniels Shot makes a pretty nice after-dinner low carb substitute for Baileys Irish Cream.) I order 6 packs of eight at a time and a nice young guy drops them. at my door. It costs no more than in the supermarket, in some places significantly less. IMPORTANT! When you order these things, sometimes you get a product that is out of date or almost out of date. I received them today and they have an expiration date of August 30, 2018 which is ten months later and better than the date of my last store bought cocktails. So mustiness is not a problem. All in all it was a successful buying/shipping experiment and this is my new approach.
