Whatever you say about the Atkins diet (I get good results) and some of the Atkins food products (meals and bars) are kinda questionable) we have found over the years that these shakes are the best nutritional shakes for us. Super low carb and high protein. Good mix of vitamins and minerals. We prefer dark royale chocolate, but milk chocolate is a good substitute.
