My Favorite Flavor: Dark Chocolate

This dark chocolate might be the favorite flavor of these drinks. I'm older and take supplements and medication in the morning. I make it out of it (tip: swallowing pills with a thicker drink makes it easier) and then have half that I have as a snack. A whole one is a complete meal replacement, but I've found that you don't get half hungry for quite a while. If you lead a very low-carb lifestyle but crave something richer from time to time, you can add heavy cream (whipping cream, whipped cream). No carbs. [For those who don't get this, yes it's high in fat, but since our bodies burn fat instead of sugar, it doesn't matter. We will still lose weight or maintain a healthy weight if we live this way. Your body needs oxygen and fat OR sugar to burn. Take away the "light" sugar and it turns into fat.]
