This device is very far from a "window cleaning robot". I want to clarify - we do not live in Hong Kong, where the windows are just black soot from smog and greasy dirt. We have banal dust with stains from the rain, which, in fact, are removed simply with water and good microfiber - this is how they always washed by hand. The manufacturer misleads the consumer - this is not a "window cleaning robot", it's just a rag for wiping on caterpillars with a remote control, next to which you must constantly stand, because it can break off the edge of the window at any moment, and no safety cable it will help - inside the room, he will simply fall to the floor from a decent height, and from the side of the street, he will bang against the wall in a big way, hanging on the same cable. User experience: 1. At first they tried to wash a high window on a flight of stairs - it was clean from the inside, but the robot fell. 2. The same window is outside - it simply erases dry dirt, the napkin becomes dirty before our eyes, but the window does not become clean. After 2 passes, I decided to "help" him - I washed the remaining segments of the window with water from a hose, walked with a water pump on the telescopic handle so that the robot would not slip - the result is very mediocre, the edges of the glass are all dirty, the glass does not look clean through the light. 3. I tried to wash the frameless glass around the pool - in general, it was bought for them, since it is very inconvenient to wash them with your hands. By that time, I realized that a dry cloth is completely useless, it must be torn off after each pass, washed under water, not wrung out completely so that it remains wet - then the robot will not leave streaks on an almost clean glass. But, I repeat, he will not erase the dirt - he simply does not have enough clamping force for this. It took about 20 minutes to wash 2 glasses out of 10 by the robot, and I washed the rest of the glasses with my hands in half an hour somewhere with a much cleaner result. Bottom line: with such unreliability and the need to constantly guard him, hold the cable, change rags, etc., it simply does not make sense, from the word at all. My verdict - in the furnace, and the money is very sorry.
