I liked the fan at first, it handles my hot flashes well but when it came time to charge the fan, after about 3 week, it would not charge properly. If you're lucky, it works for a few hours. then after about a month or so the charge indicator just stayed red. will not be charged. sucks that it doesn't charge, i really liked it. I wanted to exchange for another one but I think it was too late. So I lost $30. i am upset yes
