I have very dry skin and this product doesn't make my face look like SpongeBob when it's dehydrated by Sandy
I use it as a toner after removing make-up with make-up remover and facial cleanser. I just put a small amount on a cotton pad and gently wipe the skin. I'm always amazed at how much residual make-up it absorbs and keep applying it until nothing comes off. The rose scent is not overpowering. I have very dry skin and this product doesn't make my face look like SpongeBob when I'm dehydrated at Sandy's.
