Multifunction Security System

After much research and watching YouTube reviews, I finally settled on this system as the best security system for my home. Now I have the system set up and running. Here are my observations after a week of work. Pros: The cameras feel well made and should hold up to normal use. The video quality is very good. Numerous customization features allow you to tailor the system to your specific needs. The basic setup is pretty simple. Settings aren't much (see cons) - Setting up the phone app is also easy and works flawlessly - The siren will definitely get your attention - The headlight is surprisingly bright and illuminates a fairly large area - Motion detection is very good and shines being able to distinguish between human and other traffic - Support is very responsive and helpful. Cons - The user manual is very basic and doesn't explain many features or settings. Application that may be related to connection speed. Although the cameras are designed for outdoor use, I'm not sure about the power sources for them. It is recommended to place them in a weather-protected location, ideally indoors. - No user forum for owners to help each other with setup, usage, and troubleshooting questions. This would help overcome many language issues as customer support seems to be from China.- Setting up email notifications in Gmail caused Google to block a new device (NVR) for security reasons. Google has stated that the app/device does not meet their security standards. I decided not to neglect this problem because the esee app was already giving me notifications and it was approved by Google. Overall, while not perfect, I am impressed with this system and have no regrets. Durability and reliability are the only things yet to be determined.
