I bought this to treat my female facial hair. He arrived on time. I've read the instructions multiple times to make sure I'm using them correctly. I didn't want to burn myself as some users have reported. I followed the instructions as directed and found that the product was supposed to not expect any visible results until about a month of use. Six weeks later I didn't notice any change in my hair. I've been using the highest possible setting since the first few days, so I knew that wasn't the problem. Came back and saw other reviews saying something similar after some time of use. (Not the ones written immediately after purchase). Interesting: The return window closes after a month. Also, the merchandise costs about $100 at the time of purchase. I see it's $45 now after about 4 months. Interesting.
