I really like that this software is user friendly to new users as well as seasoned professionals in our industry. It has made it easy so far by allowing us access from anywhere at any time with ease of use which makes life easier! The training was very helpful but could have been more extensive due to my lack of experience when using it. Also would be nice if there were some additional features available not currently included such as catering order entry or inventory control of supplies used during service delivery. We are able to manage all aspects of front desk services (ie housekeeping) while also providing an effective way to keep track of customer issues/issues within their room via guest surveys. Additionally we can monitor daily employee performance through online work logs which allows us to identify areas of strength as well as areas needing improvement without having to physically visit each facility every day.
