Amazing chair, broken hydraulics?
I believe the hydraulics that came with my chair are faulty, allowing the chair to raise a maximum of 15 inches from the floor to the bottom of the seat, far less than the 18-22 inches required by the be specified seller. I have attached a picture of the fully extended chair. It is evident that the piston does not reach its maximum height. I watched several assembly videos (including videos from dxracer) and assembled the chair exactly as instructed. If I'm missing anything please let me know and I'll update this review immediately. Everything else about this chair is top notch for the price. Very comfortable and easy to assemble.
