Works very well. We love it. Update on previous review: After the unit was returned under warranty it has since worked intermittently as the ultrasonic disc continued to cause the unit to display the low/no water icon. Now the icon does not go out and the device does not fog up. We've never used any water other than distilled water, and the small brush to "clean" the ultrasonic disc doesn't work very well. Now I have a $100+ device, I had to pay to ship the device back and I'm just tired of messing with it.
