The cap has a 1 " line connection, not the 1-1/4 " connection as stated in the description.
This cap has a 1" NPT threaded electrical conduit connection. It is listed in the description as a 1-1/4 inch line connection point. I specifically asked if this lid actually has a 1-1/4" connection point and the answer was yes. Apparently some people answering Amazon questions just repeat the description because they think people are being too stupid are to read the description.
