I was intrigued by the idea of a multiphase protein so thought I'd give this protein a try. I'm glad I did. The consistency is a little thicker than other Muscletech proteins, which is good for adding protein to baked goods, but I've also found that adding a little more water or milk thins out the thickness of the protein nicely. Try on the spot without tasting cheap. This is a protein that would be ideal for those who are starving because even a few hours after drinking this protein shake I still felt full and full. I fast for 20 hours at regular intervals. A scoop shake of this powder helps me stay full longer, making fasting easier and more manageable. Similarly, using this protein on an empty stomach will ensure no muscle is lost as there are 26 grams of protein per serving. I usually mix one scoop with one cup of Fair Life Chocolate Milk for a high protein post-workout shake. This is a great product and I will definitely buy it again.
