Great for Fasting - Whey

I was intrigued by the idea of a multiphase protein so thought I'd give this protein a try. I'm glad I did. The consistency is a little thicker than other Muscletech proteins, which is good for adding protein to baked goods, but I've also found that adding a little more water or milk thins out the thickness of the protein nicely. I've had a lot of protein in the last 20 years and in my opinion this protein has to be one of the worst. As for the protein itself, it's a decent protein blend and I can't complain about real protein. The problem for me was the taste (I used strawberries). Great vanilla flavor that goes incredibly well in a shaker! Also, the slow release casein protein definitely helps me feel fuller for longer compared to the previous protein powder I used.
