Great vanilla flavor that goes incredibly well in a shaker! Also, the slow release casein protein definitely helps me feel fuller for longer compared to the previous protein powder I used. The cost is incredibly low for a mix of this quality and quantity! I definitely feel that post-workout recovery time has improved with this product. I spent a lot of time in pain and struggled to fully recover between workouts (which reduced my performance as I battled muscle soreness and fatigue) but after using this protein blend with some immediate recovery benefits (from whey isolate) as well as a sustained had recovery effect (from the casein blend), my workout is going exactly as I hoped! Can't say enough good things about this protein in terms of potency and taste. However, remember that the powder is very fine (for a perfect blending ability), it is like fine dust and if you are not very careful, fine dust will be spread over your worktop/kitchen in a hurry. So just take your time and you will love this protein!
