Support team has been super helpful over all these years working together! You should try it out if you're looking for an affordable option which allows you flexible access to multiple types of servers (physical/virtual). It works well when used along side our existing infrastructure services providers who offer more traditional solutions such as AWS or Microsoft Azure. We have not encountered anything negative thus far during our relationship nor do they charge us additional fees beyond what their flat rate pricing would suggest. Flexible usage model makes sense given how much time can be spent waiting around while doing maintenance work.
