I love the texture of the froth in my regular cup of coffee. The foam has a light, creamy and airy texture and it's something special to cover my first cup of coffee with every day. I've reviewed many foam concentrates on Revain but didn't want to spend a lot. of money. When I found a MatchDNA frother for less than $8, I decided to give it a try. The blower is lightweight and easy to use. It takes 2 AA batteries - I've had this blower for a few months now and use it almost every day and the batteries still work. The body of the foamer is made of plastic and the on/off switch is on the side; Stainless steel whisk. When I'm done whipping, I simply rinse the whisk and handle in hot water. In my video, the frother sounds a lot louder than it actually is, so don't let the noise fool you, it's relatively quiet. And powerful! I often heat milk or coffee cream first and then froth it up. But sometimes I just pour in cream, add coffee and then froth. The first way is less messy. That little frother is powerful too - don't turn it on and then add it to your drink or you'll end up with a giant coffee/cream mess spilled all over the place. I am very happy with this foamer. It's inexpensive and works great!
