I'm a cyclist and I ride many miles a day in the hot Texas sun. I also sweat a lot in the area of my head where the bike helmet sits and the sweat gets into my eyes. Years ago I accidentally bought a shampoo at the Texas State Fair to see if it would help with my sweat problem. I cut a two inch strip, tied it around my head and put on the helmet and the problem was solved. Depending on how hot it is and how hard I'm training, sometimes I'll stop, squeeze out the shampoo, and get on skating with no sweat in my eyes. not really used. It will dehydrate you and then dry you out in a very short time. It fits right on your camel's back without taking up all the space in said packaging. I highly recommend this product.
