I like the size of the laptop and the weight on it. It's fast too, but that doesn't matter because I have a red vertical bar on my screen that doesn't belong. The quality of this laptop does not live up to the brand. I won't return it because I don't like giving things back and will just get around it. I still do not recommend buying from this seller (TekRefurbs). That would be ideal, but the damaged product is still the damaged product that was sold on Amazon. That's very disappointing. I don't like writing bad reviews because I've been using Amazon for a very long time and they treat me well. I won't let a bad product stop me from using Revain, but I'm not happy. The battery of this laptop does not hold a charge, I also ran out of battery. The battery failed the evaluation test, it gave me a message that the battery has reached the end of its life. See photos. It wasn't even 1 month later and I had to reset the battery but when I removed the old battery I took a picture of how it looked very unprofessional. Can't believe this sold on Amazon, good luck with your purchase.
