Just picked up the shower head this morning and so far so good. I used tape and it leaked so I did it again without tape and everything was fine. I removed the water restrictor which was very easy. You look at the end of the pen and see a small metal ring. I pulled it out with needle nose pliers, but a paper clip or tweezers might work. Then I pulled out the green part with the cross, again with pliers. Very easy. The water pressure seems adequate but not overwhelming. I have to say he is more than I thought. I knew the dimensions so I shouldn't have been surprised but I was. So I added a picture for future buyers to show how much larger it is than the standard model. I needed a magnetic feature, so I decided not to use Delta's, which pushes the smaller shower head onto the larger one. I also like the button function to change the spray setting. Other buyers have commented that the cable is chrome rather than polished nickel and that it's a bit short. It's true, but it doesn't bother me. Nice.
