I'll start this review by noting that the manual is poorly written. Or I received a damaged block. The very first screen I got from the device when I connected it to my machine had 3 options. This screen was not mentioned at all in the instructions. So I chose the first option. In hindsight I probably should have picked the second one labeled "Autool" as it looks like they are either using the same device or at least chips for a different application. Since I didn't select Autool, my device is now loading something else. I can't figure out how to reset this to select the correct setting. I tried the site listed in the guide, but this site is a generic WordPress template that was not built. I've tried emailing the support address listed in the manual, but a few days have passed and I haven't received anything. If I don't hear anything for the next day or so, I guess I'll have to give it back to Revane.
