This product was designed for tracking my prospects online behavior in order to provide me insights about their interest level towards our products/services which will help us understand what they need from us next time we interact or message them again! I haven't seen any dislike yet as far am concerned but it's always good if you have some feedbacks regarding your experience using this platform so that i can improve upon myself by making necessary changes accordingly!! It helps identify customer issues early enough before there are other problems arising out of such issue like lost opportunity cost due to late response etc.
