I like how easy it is for our team to use, even if they are not familiar with product management software. The UI is very intuitive. We can easily create custom views of our pipeline. It's also great that we can export our data into other tools such as Google Sheets. Sometimes the platform gets slow and it takes a while to load or refresh screens. I love how easy it is for me to see reports about my leads/customers in real time as compared by their stage of purchase journey (i) Qualified Lead; (ii) Contacted Prospect but not qualified lead yet; or (iii) Purchasing Decision Maker). I really like the ability to create and use surveys on my website. The platform makes it easy for users to give feedback without having to leave the page they are on. It would be nice if there was a way to make it so the survey is not visible until the user clicks "next". I would also love to have an option to add more than one question at a time.
