I really like the ability to create and use surveys on my website. The platform makes it easy for users to give feedback without having to leave the page they are on. It would be nice if there was a way to make it so the survey is not visible until the user clicks "next". I would also love to have an option to add more than one question at a time. We use this tool to gather feedback from our clients about their experience using our products. The ability to capture prospect user experience is what I like best about this product. This allows for a quick response from our team. Also, the analytics are helpful in determining how prospects are engaging with your brand. We have not found any downsides to using this tool. If you are looking for a quick way to respond to prospect concerns or questions, this is the solution. It has helped us understand our customer better and it helps us prioritize which issues we need to address first.
